New Palava Rita – Multi Feathers Dress

Our shining star of a dress, Rita, has had a bit of a makeover this season. We’ve given her just a hint of a higher neckline. It’s trick they used on dresses in the 40s and 50s; it’s insanely flattering and will elongate your neck, no end. As a bonus, this new neckline also makes Rita a little cosier. 

Elsewhere, Rita is the same great fit – nipped in waist and full skirt – accentuating (or creating!) the perfect hourglass silhouette. Her tulip sleeves are non-restrictive and allow for full arm movement. She’s the dress you’ll want to dance the night away in… 

Rita’s shape is inspired by original dresses of the 1940s and she’s definitely got that special touch of vintage elegance about her. We make Rita from Tencel which has the same floaty weight and feel to rayon (the material that this style of dress would have been originally made from).

Matilda, with the curly hair, is 5′ 7″ and is wearing a size 10. Natasha is 5′ 5″ and is wearing a size 10.
